誰都不願被別人擺布，那麼就『己所不欲，勿施於人』了。今天我們來學幾個『擺布』的表達。

1. Push around

這個可能是大家最常見的一個，在很多美劇中都有跳出來過，它的意思就是『擺布，操控』，例如： Don「t try to push me around! 別想擺布我！

它還有『Treat or threaten to treat roughly恐嚇、虐待』的意思，例如：I won't let him push me around. 我不會讓他嚇住的。

2. Boss around

這個片語的意思是『Tell someone what to do, give orders』，對別人發號施令，也是『擺布』的一種，例如：David complained that his older sister was always bossing him around. 大衛抱怨說他姐姐總對他發號施令。

3. manipulate，exploit，maneuver

在說說幾個也有『擺布、操控』的意思，但在口語中不是特別常用的詞manipulate，exploit和maneuver。這三個詞的共同中心意思是『to influence, manage, use, or control to one's advantage by artful or indirect means通過巧妙的或間接的方式來影響、處理、利用或控制某人的優勢』，比如：

He manipulated public opinion in his favor.
